Small Business Administration (SBA) loans can allow you to start your own or expand your current business. It is a short or long term business loan that can also be used for business operation costs.

You will need the following information to apply for a business loan:

  • Signed business loan application
  • Personal financial statement
  • Last two years personal tax returns on all owners
  • Last three years business financial statements and tax returns
  • Projections and business plans for businesses less than 5 years old

All business loans must have collateral to back them. Collateral can be such things as the business assets now owned or the assets to be purchased with the loan proceeds.
