2012 Annual Meeting Report

The 2012 Annual Meeting and Board of Directors Election of Community 1st Credit Union was held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at the Richmond Branch Office. During the meeting, Jim Fleener, Greg Wetterich and John Mayberry were elected to serve on the Board of Directors.  To view the 2012 Annual Meeting Report, please click on the link below:

 Jim Fleener has been a member of Community 1st Credit Union since 2000 and is retired from Do-it Best Corp. in Fort Wayne, IN as a Retail Development Manager. Jim resides in Ottumwa, with his wife Yvonne, and has two children and four grandchildren. Jim currently serves on the C1st Credit Committee and is Chair of the Facilities Committee. Additionally, Jim served in the United States Air Force and was President of the Evening Lions Club. “I look forward to serving a third term on the board. Along with the great work force at C1st and outstanding Board of Directors, we can continue the growth and stability that has come about.”

 Greg Wetterich has been a member of Community 1st Credit Union since 2001 and resides in Bloomfield, IA with his wife Janis, and family. He is employed by John Deere Ottumwa Works as a supervisor in Product Development. Greg has served on the Board of Directors since 2007 and has served as a member of the C1st Audit Committee, Chair of the Credit Committee and a member of the Scholarship Committee. “I’m glad for the opportunity to be of service to Community 1st Credit Union.”

 John Mayberry has been a member of Community 1st Credit Union since 1982 and resides in Bloomfield, IA with his wife Carol, and family. He is retired from John Deere Ottumwa Works where he was employed for over 30 years. He’s currently employed at Mid-States Mfg. in Milton, IA and works with the manufacture of Mac-Lander Trailers. Previously, John served on the Supervisory Committee for 10 years and is currently on the Executive Committee, Compensation Committee, Investment Committee, and ALM Committee. He also serves as the C1st Board Treasurer. He is a member of the Davis County Fair Board and is a member of the Twin State Truck and Tractor Pullers Association. "I’m excited to be able to volunteer my time to such a great and growing credit union."
