C1st Receives Iowa Finance Authority Bronze Lender Award

Community 1st Credit Union was among 16 top Iowa lenders recently recognized by the Iowa Finance Authority for their efforts in advancing affordable homeownership through IFA programs in 2016.

The honor came during the IFA’s 2017 HousingIowa Conference Sept. 6-8 in Cedar Rapids.

The 2017 bronze lender designation was given to participating lenders generating more than $5 million in IFA loan volume. C1st reached the level with 67 home buyers being assisted by its mortgage originators.

The IFA offers affordable mortgage and down payment assistance programs for eligible home buyers through a network of participating lenders.
