Community 1st Credit Union is committed to protecting our members' financial information, as well as educating them on ways they can protect themselves. 

Personal information should never be given in response to unsolicited text messages, e-mails or telephone calls - even if they appear to be from a legitimate source.  Community 1st Credit Union will never contact members via phone, e-mail, text message or cell phone to request personal information such as account numbers, passwords, debit or credit card numbers, expiration dates or (PIN) personal identification numbers.

  • To report a lost or stolen card credit or debit card, please contact Community 1st Credit Union at: (866) 360-5370.
  • To report suspicious activity or if you have been a victim of fraud, please contact Community 1st Credit Union at (866) 360-5370  or contact your local police department.
