Community 1st Credit Union Earns 10th Straight Des Moines Register “Top Workplace” Award

Community 1st Credit Union is honored to announce it has been named one of the Des Moines Register’s 2025 Top Workplaces, marking the 10th consecutive year the organization has earned this honor.  Moving up two spots from last year, C1st is ranked 7th among the Top 50 mid-sized (150-499 employees) companies statewide.

The Top Workplaces designation is based on employee feedback gathered through a confidential survey conducted by Energage, LLC, a leading research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace engagement. The survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection.
