*The referring member and new member earn $50 each when the new member opens a Community 1st Credit Union prime savings account, C1st checking account, enrolls in eStatements, and uses their C1st Visa debit card to make at least 15 purchases (posted and settled) within 90 days of opening. Participants must register for C1st digital banking. Upon successfully completing the program requirements, a $50 referral bonus will be deposited into the member's Community 1st Credit Union share account. Each party acknowledges that to participate in the referral, the other party will be made aware that they have an account at Community 1st Credit Union. New membership and accounts are subject to approval and other restrictions may apply. For complete details, see Referral Terms and Conditions below. As an example, C1st Cash Checking has no minimum opening deposit. 3.00% Annual Percentage Yield will be paid on the portion of daily balance of $15,000 or less. Portion of daily balance over $15,000 earns an interest rate of 0.15%, resulting in an APY of 3.00% to 0.45%, depending on the balance. If monthly qualifications are not met the entire balance will earn 0.03% APY. APY is accurate as of June 1, 2026, and subject to change without notice. Fees may reduce earnings.

Various checking accounts and interest rates are available. The following Annual Percentage Yields are accurate as of the last dividend declaration date and are subject to change without notice:

  • C1st Free Checking has no minimum balance and earns 0.00% Annual Percentage Yield. 
  • Your Voice checking - 3.00% cash back up to a total of $300 in PIN-based and signature-based debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during that cycle period. IF QUALIFICATIONS ARE NOT MET: ATM fees will not be refunded. For Your Voice Checking: You will not receive cash back on your debit card purchases. 
  • ClubGo checking has no minimum balance and earns 0.20% Annual Percentage Yield. 
  • C1st Cash Checking - 3.00% APY will be paid on the portion of daily balance of $15,000 or less. Portion of daily balance over $15,000 earns an interest rate of 0.15%, resulting in an APY of 3.00% to 0.45%, depending on the balance. IF QUALIFICATIONS ARE NOT MET: ATM fees will not be refunded. For C1st Cash: Entire balance will earn 0.03% APY 
  • C1st Cash Back Checking - 3.00% cash back up to a total of $300 in PIN-based and signature-based debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during that cycle period. IF QUALIFICATIONS ARE NOT MET: ATM fees will not be refunded. For C1st Cash Back: You will not receive cash back on your debit card purchases. 

Referral Terms and Conditions 
Eligibility Criteria: 

  • A Community 1st Credit Union membership is required to participate in the referral program, all owners on membership are eligible.  
  • Participants must register for Community 1st Credit Union digital banking services. 
  • Must be 18 years or older to participate in referral program.  
  • Business members, dealer accounts, fiduciary accounts, and minor accounts are not eligible.  

Referral Program Requirements: 

  • New members must open a Community 1st Credit Union prime savings account with a minimum deposit of $5. 
  • Additionally, participants are required to open any Community 1st Credit Union checking account.  
  • Within 90 days of account opening, the member must complete at least 15 debit card purchases posted and settled, and enroll in eStatements in digital banking.  

Referral Reward: 

  • Upon successfully completing the referral program requirements, a $50 referral bonus deposit will be deposited into the member’s Community 1st Credit Union share account. 

Terms and Conditions: 

  • The referral program is not valid for existing Community 1st Credit Union members. However, existing members can participate by referring new members but are not eligible to be referred themselves. 
  • Community 1st Credit Union reserves the right to change the program, terms, and conditions at any time at its sole discretion. 
  •  Limit three (3) referrals per calendar year for membership; all owners on membership.  

Restrictions: 

  • The program is designed exclusively for new members who meet Community 1st Credit Union’s eligibility criteria.  
  • The referral program is limited to one per new membership and cannot be combined with other offers. 

Additional Information: 

  • Please allow for processing time after the completion of all requirements for the referral program deposit to be credited to your account. 
  • Participants should be aware that the reward may be reported as income to the IRS.

  • Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of all associated terms and conditions. 
  • The personal information collected, processed and used as part of the referral program will be used in accordance with Credit Union’s Privacy Statement. Each party acknowledges that to participate in the referral, the other party will be made aware that they have an account at Community 1st Credit Union.
