Run for Hope: Pete’s Legacy Main Street Mile

Pete’s Legacy Main Street Mile is a community 1-mile race taking place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, in Mount Pleasant, Iowa. The race brings the community together to support Pete’s Legacy and its mission to raise awareness about suicide and suicide prevention. Participants can take part in the 1-mile run or the free 1-mile Kids Run for ages 13 and under. The race begins at 10:00 a.m. and follows Main Street from the intersection of Main and Harlan to the Mount Pleasant Square.
