Card Services FAQs
- What are Card Services?
Card Services gives C1st debit and credit card holders the option to turn their card on and off to prevent fraud, as well as set controls, submit travel notifications, and more!
- How do I access Card Services?
To access Card Services:
- Log into C1st's Digital Banking
- Click on the menu bar in the top left corner
- Click on 'My Cards'
- Select 'Debit Card Services' or 'Credit Card Services'
- Is there a fee to use Card Services?
No. This feature is available for our C1st Digital Banking users. Please note that your mobile carrier’s data fees may apply.
- What do I do if I misplaced or lost my card?
If you have misplaced your C1st debit or credit card, turn it to the OFF position. This will temporarily disable your card. If you find it and feel your account has not been jeopardized, turn it back ON and continue to use your card.
Marking your card lost, stolen, or compromised due to fraud will permanently deactivate your card. This block is permanent and immediate.
- If I turn my Card OFF, will my recurring transactions be blocked?
If a transaction has been previously authorized, the transaction will go through the account. A reoccurring transaction will reach out for a new authorization each time. If the authorization is denied, the card was temporarily blocked. Once it is turned back on, the authorization will reattempt and the transaction will go through.
- Can I manage my Card Services on more than one debit or credit card?
Card Services will show & allow you to manage cards for the membership that you are an owner of and if you have a card as a joint owner.
- How do I submit a travel notification?
Submitting a travel notice is a good idea, so we aren’t surprised when we see purchases originating from an unusual area, such as another state or country. It’s possible we might flag those transactions as fraudulent and put a hold on your card until we find out for sure. Telling us when you’re traveling helps us identify legitimate transactions quickly.
